Selling an AI-driven Human Risk Management platform to enterprise clients at a cybersecurity platform provider. 1-3 years enterprise sales experience required. Company-wide bonuses, tuition reimbursement.
Anforderungen
- Fluency in German
- 1-3 years of experience selling to Enterprise-sized businesses
- Bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent
- Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry concepts
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Stats-driven business professional
- Motivated and energetic self-starter
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
Aufgaben
- Promote and sell KnowBe4’s products and services
- Exceed monthly sales quotas for existing accounts
- Motivate customers to purchase additional products
- Increase subscription levels and add seats as needed
- Build and maintain a pipeline of cross-sale and upgrade opportunities
- Develop and manage relationships with assigned accounts
- Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products
- Educate customers on improving their human firewall
- Identify key decision makers for sales opportunities
- Follow up on marketing leads to generate revenue
- Offer multi-year deals and negotiate discounted pricing
- Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
- Understand account structures and cybersecurity gaps
- Support the renewal process to grow accounts
