Customer Experience Manager PAY(m/w/x)
Resolving complex payment support cases for a holiday rental platform. Proven B2B CX/CS experience with payments industry exposure required. Annual or multi-year bonus, mobility support.
Anforderungen
- Proven years of professional experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, or related fields within B2B environments
- Exposure to the payments industry and Enterprise customer management, ideally in travel or fintech
- Customer-centric mindset with passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, first experience in conducting internal trainings
- Experience in working within a matrix organization and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to prioritize effectively and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuously evolving products and solutions
- Experience in working in virtual, high-performing teams
- Structured, detail-oriented working style with strong organizational skills
- Fluency in German and English, spoken and written, additional language such as Italian or French is a plus
Aufgaben
- Resolve complex support cases with PAY product knowledge
- Provide guidance on complex customer scenarios
- Identify and escalate critical issues to leadership
- Participate in customer calls with in-depth PAY expertise
- Share knowledge and best practices within the CXM team
- Partner with cross-functional teams for continuous learning
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for internal capabilities
- Drive measurable impact on team KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer interactions to identify root causes of issues
- Optimize issue resolution workflows and the PAY customer journey
