- Proficiency in German and English
- Analytical experience (3-5 years) in credit- or audit-related fields from commercial/investment bank/insurance company, accountancy firm, buy-side firm, rating agency, or similar
- First university degree, preferably with actuarial, accounting or auditing qualifications
- Strong analytical and reasoning capacities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Strong knowledge of Excel and AI applications
- Proficiency in another language, e.g. French or Russian, would be helpful
- Strong command of insurance financial statement analysis, accounting standards and solvency requirements
- Ability to cope with time pressure and work to deadlines while adhering to tight procedures

- Prepare rating committee documentation
- Write comprehensive rating reports
- Participate in credit rating committees
- Interact with issuer contacts and senior management
- Publish issuer and sector-specific research
- Support colleagues in responding to external queries
