- Minimum of 5 years of corporate credit analysis experience
- Fluency in spoken and written German and strong communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of financial statement analysis
- Understanding of legal transaction and debt documentation
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective teamwork and strategic problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Automotive, Capital Goods, and/or A&D sectors
- Willingness to travel within Europe for meetings
- Proficiency in AI tools and experience in using generative AI
Aufgaben
- Conduct comprehensive corporate credit analysis
- Evaluate creditworthiness of corporate entities and infrastructure projects
- Analyze and monitor a portfolio of approximately 15 credits
- Apply S&P Global Ratings' Methodology
- Develop a deep understanding of industry trends and issues
- Collaborate with senior management, Finance and Treasury teams, and stakeholders
- Gather and analyze relevant information
- Establish strong work relationships
- Prepare and present detailed rating recommendations to rating committees
- Ensure precision and timeliness in analyses
- Publish thorough credit analyses and sector commentaries
- Enhance transparency and communication within debt markets
- Engage with investors and market participants
- Foster understanding and support informed decision-making
