- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience and passion
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Working proficiency in English and German
- Experience with Figma and collaborative tools
- Availability to start working in Germany
Aufgaben
- Introduce AI assistant best practices and cross-industry insights
- Design conversational flows and dialogue structures
- Define channel-agnostic tone, voice, and assistant personality
- Translate strategy and insights into user-centered flows
- Substantiate design choices with annotations
- Create simple prototypes
- Present work to clients and stakeholders
- Incorporate feedback from project stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Managers, AI engineers, and developers
- Test and iterate conversations based on user behavior
- Refine prompts using conversational metrics and qualitative feedback
