- Experience with SaaS/Cloud delivery, data migration, or SQL queries
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific field (Engineering, CS, Biology)

- Define business processes
- Drive business processes
- Support project team in solution delivery
- Guide customers through implementations
- Gather project requirements
- Perform gap analysis
- Configure Veeva software
- Conduct unit testing
- Provide customer training
- Provide expertise on implementation methodology
- Provide expertise on best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders
- Contribute to QualityOne practice development
