- 2+ years of hospitality experience
- Proficiency in local language and culture
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and efficient task management
- Ability to grow relationships
Aufgaben
- Conduct quarterly conversations with accounts
- Anticipate and personalize member experiences
- Resolve member issues following established models
- Address negative feedback and ratings personally
- Implement improvements based on experience data
- Provide front desk coverage during business hours
- Lead pre-move-in meetings and orientations
- Curate onboarding materials and welcome guides
- Perform move-out interviews with departing members
- Host weekly social and value-driving events
- Promote events through posters and digital info
- Manage event logistics including HVAC and elevators
- Perform morning walkthroughs to identify issues
- Communicate building policies and updates to members
- Regulate building energy and music levels
- Coordinate with third-party cleaning companies
- Audit and manage keycard inventory
- Oversee community responsibilities for unstaffed buildings
- Execute and follow emergency action plans
- Create incident reports for medical or security alerts
- Conduct tailored building tours for prospective members
- Refer growth and sales opportunities to relevant teams
