- 2+ years of hospitality experience
- Proficient local language and understanding of local culture
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Attentiveness to detail and efficient task management
- Enjoyment and thriving in growing relationships
Aufgaben
- Report to the building daily
- Ensure member needs are met
- Maintain WeWork global standards
- Deliver un-compromised member experience
- Curate events based on member interests
- Introduce members for business opportunities
- Create a welcoming environment
- Complete quarterly conversations with owned accounts
- Check in on all members regularly
- Anticipate member and guest needs
- Follow up with members who submitted negative ratings
- Resolve issues using severity scale
- Review Medallia responses for improvement
- Implement proactive changes
- Support front desk coverage
- Conduct pre-move-in meetings
- Complete New Member Orientation
- Curate new member on-boarding materials
- Conduct move out interviews
- Provide feedback on event programming
- Evaluate events based on attendance and satisfaction
- Set up and host weekly social events
- Promote events with posters
- Ensure building-specific operational requirements
- Conduct morning walkthroughs
- Escalate recurring issues
- Explain WeWork policies and procedures
- Communicate building issues to members
- Manage building energy levels
- Liaise with cleaning companies
- Track and organize keys
- Manage keycard stock
- Oversee Community responsibilities
- Review Emergency Action Plans
- Create incident reports
- Respond to emergencies
- Conduct building tours for VIPs
- Alert Growth Team on member notices
- Hand off prospective member sales
- Conduct tours for potential new members
- Share benefits tailored to needs
