- Implement maintenance contracts and extended warranties
- Develop and introduce spare parts pricing and assortment strategy
- Contribute to service activity growth and margin health
- Maintain customer satisfaction and healthy margins
- Act as key contact for customers and internal teams
- Analyze service portfolio to identify growth opportunities
- Conduct market analyses and translate insights into actions
- Coach and lead Service Sales teams
- Create uniform working methods across locations
- Maintain relationships with key customers
- Develop distinctive service propositions
- Implement CRM programs
