Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar commercial role
- Knowledge of controlling and reporting in sales
- Knowledge in commercial sales and bid-related tools
- Good knowledge in MS Office and Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
- Teamwork skills and business orientation
- Experience in cross country collaboration and resilience
- Self-motivation and proficiency in multitasking
- Growth mindset
- Siemens Commercial Project Management certification (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Manage all financial and commercial acquisition activities
- Analyze contracts and calculate project costs
- Develop cashflow projections and business models
- Assess taxation, financing concepts, and currency risks
- Manage bonds, payment terms, and credit ratings
- Oversee insurances, export control, and compliance
- Coordinate with specialist departments and regional companies
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive project offers
- Analyze customer requests and tender documents
- Derive bidding strategies and conduct contract negotiations
- Present complex offers transparently to executive management
- Prepare LoA documentation and report on bid status
- Negotiate terms with external and internal stakeholders
- Support the sales team with diverse business models
- Perform sales data analysis to drive strategic decisions
- Maintain transparency through qualitative bid and sales reporting
