- Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes, ITGC frameworks, audit methodologies, and risk-based planning
- Proven digital and AI focus with ability to leverage modern technologies and data-driven approaches
- Excellent English skills and confident use of SAP and MS Office
- Strong leadership and communication skills, strategic thinking, solution orientation, and collaborative working style
Aufgaben
- Hire the Internal Audit (IA) team
- Structure the Internal Audit (IA) team
- Lead the Internal Audit (IA) team
- Manage the global IA budget
- Define and steer the IA charter
- Establish the audit strategy
- Set a robust methodology for global audit activities
- Design and implement the annual risk-based audit plan
- Oversee audits of financial reporting and close processes
- Oversee audits of IT general controls (ITGC)
- Oversee audits of MAR/disclosure controls
- Ensure timely issue remediation and follow-up
