Anforderungen

  • Technical or business management education with technical understanding
  • At least 3 years relevant professional experience in procurement
  • Knowledge of cable industry and procurement market for cable manufacturing materials
  • Solid understanding of purchasing processes with analytical skills for price evaluation
  • Strong organizational orientation and structured approach to problem solving
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Very good command of written and spoken German
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Advantageous: other foreign languages, preferably Italian
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of ERP system
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge is an advantage

Aufgaben

  • Source raw materials and components for cable manufacturing
  • Negotiate procurement terms with suppliers
  • Procure materials and finished goods for cable production
  • Ensure purchases meet quality and cost standards
  • Maintain supply continuity for production and customer demands
  • Manage procurement of high-, medium-, and low-voltage cable materials
  • Analyze demand and issue purchase orders
  • Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries
  • Act as primary contact for assigned suppliers
  • Monitor delivery times, quality, and stock levels
  • Evaluate suppliers and negotiate prices
  • Verify order confirmations and delivery documents
  • Perform invoice checks
  • Support audits and internal controls
