In this role, you will take charge of the entire purchasing process, from sourcing materials to managing supplier relationships. Your focus will be on ensuring timely delivery, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting internal teams in making informed purchasing decisions.

Anforderungen

• •At least two years of professional experience in operational purchasing
• •Solid knowledge of SAP ERP systems; experience with S/4HANA is considered an advantage
• •Confident and experienced in working with SAP and common MS Office tools
• •Strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
• •Collaborative mindset and proactive, solution-oriented working style
• •Relevant further education aligned with the area of expertise is desirable

Aufgaben

• •Purchase materials according to technical specifications
• •Manage supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance
• •Support internal stakeholders with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery
• •Oversee the full purchasing cycle from PO validation to order delivery
• •Resolve day-to-day purchasing issues and invoice queries
• •Track supplier performance against key performance indicators
• •Ensure material availability and manage inventory levels
• •Maintain master data and resolve gaps with Category Management
• •Monitor and optimize the MRP process, addressing gaps with Power users
• •Process invoices and create credit/debit notes
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• •Ensure adherence to supply agreements and preferred vendor lists
• •Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement
• •Provide operational support to internal clients and collaborate on purchasing decisions
