- German proficiency preferred

- Develop a comprehensive training concept including methodology and tools
- Create and improve business process training materials
- Organize and deliver regular process training sessions
- Integrate feedback into process documentation and improvements
- Provide hands-on support to local and regional process experts
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to promote BPM practices
- Build a network for harmonized knowledge sharing
