- Define BPM KPIs and improve the BPM framework
- Refine process modeling notation and the BPM guide
- Develop and improve the business process architecture
- Support process owners in documenting process area architecture
- Design and model business processes using BPMN 2.0
- Review and approve processes against quality criteria
- Harmonize business process documentation across the landscape
- Consult on process architecture development and modeling
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and BPM knowledge sharing
- Conduct BPM trainings and develop training materials
- Administer and improve the SAP Signavio BPM system
- Manage SAP Signavio dictionary, licenses, and user rights
