Anforderungen
- B2 German and English language skills
- BA/BS or graduate degree in business-related discipline
- 2+ years relevant work experience in Seller-, Vendor-, Purchasing- or Category Management, ideally in FMCG-retailing or e-commerce and/or the pet industry
- Experience managing business partners, ideally in retail environment
- Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
- Ability to build trusting relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple projects
- Hands-on mentality and analytical skills
- Ability to identify issues and drive resolution
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Autonomously taking responsibility for achieving targets
- Experience with Mirakl software preferred
- Intercultural competence
Aufgaben
- Identify and recruit strategically relevant sellers
- Assess relevance of seller product portfolios
- Build and manage seller pipeline
- Consistently meet or exceed seller and SKU targets
- Support onboarding of high-potential sellers
- Identify market opportunities
- Develop and execute growth strategies with sellers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketplace rollout
- Define processes and operations for new markets
- Optimize processes using AI and automation tools
- Act as a role model for company values
