Business Development Manager DACH(m/w/x)
Developing sales plans and negotiating complex agreements for sterile and oral solid-dose contract pharmaceutical manufacturing. 5+ years B2B CDMO sales or BD experience in contract pharma, with sterile/oral solid-dose understanding required. Extensive travel across the DACH region.
Anforderungen
- Advanced scientific degree or MBA or commercially orientated degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B CDMO sales, Business Development or Project Management
- Sales or Business Development experience in the contract pharmaceutical industry
- Thorough understanding of sterile and oral solid-dose manufacturing
- Strong customer focus and results orientation
- Strong fundamental business skills and negotiation ability
- Full professional proficiency in English and German
- Flexible and rapid availability for business travel
- Residence with good transport links
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute sales plans to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Negotiate and execute complex development and supply agreements
- Present Aenova’s capabilities to customers and create targeted solutions
- Prepare development and commercial proposals in collaboration with Operations
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Key Account Managers on strategic account plans
- Provide input into pricing strategy for assigned customers
- Manage business relationships for existing development and commercial programs
- Negotiate new supply quotations and support business/commercial issues
