- Map the partner ecosystem, including delivery platforms and fintech
- Evaluate partnership fit and develop business cases
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing partners
- Structure deals and design partnership models
- Lead execution of partnership initiatives across teams
- Track milestones and monitor partnership performance
- Develop and maintain a regional partnership strategy and playbook
- Collaborate with GMs and Operations Leads on partnership roadmaps
- Define KPIs and build dashboards to measure performance
- Use data insights to refine partnership models
- Engage with senior partner executives and build networks
- Leverage external relationships to accelerate partnership opportunities
- Support internal stakeholders with partner context and insights
- Facilitate collaboration and ensure readiness for partner commitments
