- •Stay updated on industry news
- •Track business opportunities in TransPerfect’s CRM system
- •Coordinate production and technology teams across time zones
- •Generate and manage high-value business deals
- •Track and manage KPIs, providing status reports
- •Deliver executive updates on account progress and risks
- •Attend tradeshows and support marketing efforts
- •Contribute to case studies and social media
- •Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily updates
- •Assist in building and adhering to overall plans and budgets
- •Manage financial health of client engagements
- •Drive efficiencies across processes, people, and technology
- •Manage stakeholder communication for owned accounts
- •Assist in training and adoption of technologies for teams
- •Propose and implement innovative offerings
