- Experience in life sciences industry in sales/marketing analysis or data analytics
- Experience in analyzing complex situations and synthesizing data
- Proven analytical capabilities and interest in data handling, modeling, visualization, and reporting
- Comfort with storytelling using data and affinity to digital tools
- Proven project management and execution experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Problem-solving ability and creating order from complexity
- Highly creative thinking and ability to deep dive into new domains
- Fluency in German and English, both written and oral
Aufgaben
- Maximize the Oncology portfolio by executing strategic priorities
- Implement digital initiatives and data analytics
- Execute pan-tumor growth projects
- Transform complex data into actionable insights and strategies
- Drive descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Extract, aggregate, and mine data for insights
- Conduct Oncology market research
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to gather customer insights
- Create analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations of KPIs
- Support validation of assumptions, models, forecasts, and business cases
- Segment customers using qualitative and quantitative data
- Oversee field force execution, including frequency and resource utilization
