Anforderungen

  • Fluent German and English
  • 10+ years international brand marketing and communications experience, ideally FMCG
  • Proven track record building, scaling, strengthening consumer brands
  • Led development of large-scale brand platforms, communication architectures, integrated campaigns
  • Extensive experience driving brand redesigns, visual identity, packaging strategies
  • Comfortable defining long-term brand strategy and campaign execution
  • Successfully led and inspired in-house creative teams and external agencies
  • Strong expertise digital-first, social, influencer, content, e-commerce brand building
  • Thrives in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments; strategic, pragmatic, low-ego, action-oriented leadership

  • Lead development of integrated communication platforms

  • Identify target audiences and key messages
  • Develop activation plans and channel-specific approaches
  • Oversee visual identity and packaging evolution
  • Lead and develop internal creative and brand teams
  • Manage external agencies and production partners
  • Collaborate with Product, DTC, International, and Local Marketing teams
  • Create seamless consumer journeys and integrated brand experiences
  • Track brand performance and campaign effectiveness
  • Allocate marketing investments to maximize ROI
