Aufgaben
- Assist in analyzing, underwriting, and closing lending transactions
- Expand area of responsibility and build client relationships
- Model financial and cash flow to assess real estate financing risks
- Assess loan ratings using internal models
- Prepare and participate in debt investment committee meetings
- Draft and negotiate term sheets with borrowers
- Negotiate legal documentation with internal and external advisors
- Conduct legal and tax due diligence with experts and advisors
- Support smooth handover to loan management team
