- Conduct financial and cash flow modeling
- Assess risk principles for real estate financing
- Evaluate loan ratings using internal models
- Prepare committee documents
- Participate in debt investment committee meetings
- Draft structured term sheets
- Negotiate with borrowers
- Collaborate with legal advisors on documentation
- Perform legal and tax due diligence
- Work with internal and external experts
- Facilitate smooth handover to loan management
