- Lead costed BOM development and roadmaps
- Drive dual sourcing and supplier qualification
- Negotiate long-term agreements and ESG compliance
- Manage vendor performance data and metrics
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Establish cross-functional networks with engineering and operations
- Partner with NPI teams for early supplier involvement
- Collaborate on responsible sourcing and sustainability
- Monitor global supply markets and emerging technologies
- Track market trends and competitive benchmarks
- Implement VA/VE opportunities with suppliers
- Lead and develop the category team
- Champion digital procurement tools and analytics
