Anforderungen

  • Bachelor of Science (chemistry, biology, pharmacy, engineering) or MBA
  • Minimum >7 years experience in supply chain/operations
  • Fundamental knowledge of supply chain operations
  • APICS (CPIM, CSCP) certifications
  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software
  • Experience with planning systems like Rapid response (Maestro)

Aufgaben

  • Manage supply chain for Small Molecule products
  • Ensure inventory availability to meet customer demand
  • Coordinate supply chain through plan, source, make, and deliver
  • Handle demand management, supply planning, and inventory management
  • Develop production plans for manufacturing and packaging
  • Support product launch expansions in new markets
  • Lead resolution of supply chain issues with cross-functional teams
  • Implement global planning processes and systems (Maestro)
  • Maintain master data accuracy for product supply chain
  • Participate in IBP standard work and planning meetings
  • Track and analyze key supply chain indicators
  • Provide analytics and visibility on product supply, demand, and inventory
  • Ensure continuous improvement and efficiency in supply chain processes
  • Initiate changes to support evolving corporate needs
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing for robust planning
