Associate Director, Agile HR Business Partner(m/w/x)
Driving agile people and organization solutions for a global pharma company focused on cell therapy. Strong German labor law and co-determination understanding required. Up to 50% remote work.
Anforderungen
- 7+ years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
- Demonstrated experience in business priority delivery (workforce planning, change/transformation, workforce design)
- Proficiency in project-based HR delivery across markets or functions (reorganizations, talent programs, engagement and culture initiatives)
- Experience collaborating with works council/Betriebsrat, CoEs and people services in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of German labor law and co-determination
- Beneficial experience with works councils
- Ability to translate business strategy into practical plans and measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in agile/lean methods
- Fluent German (written and verbal)
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s/master's degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Proficiency with PowerPoint/Excel
- Proficiency with Teams/SharePoint
- Proficiency with HR systems (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors)
- Proficiency with AI
Aufgaben
- Provide strategic support for critical business and HR priorities
- Offer strategic guidance on critical business and HR priorities
- Collaborate with leaders and teams on projects and initiatives
- Deliver people and organization solutions to senior business leaders
- Execute HR strategy with HRBPs, CoEs, and People Services
- Plan and implement People strategies aligned with business needs
- Support HR initiatives like restructuring, talent management, and engagement
- Join cross-functional projects to address priority issues
- Respond to dynamic business environments across countries and teams
- Provide people and business insights to HRBPs, CoEs, and PS
- Foster organizational agility through flexible HR support
- Drive change initiatives and cultural transformation
- Contribute to business transformation
- Foster global collaboration and cultural agility
- Enable flexible HR support tailored to evolving organizational needs
- Drive employee development and engagement
- Connect local challenges with global HR strategies
