- Oversee governance effectiveness and executive performance
- Manage performance targets and IATA’s Officer appointments
- Monitor IATA’s ESG framework
- Supervise financial performance and policies
- Ensure internal controls and risk management
- Handle Board nominations and membership matters
- Develop and implement IATA’s airline membership strategy
- Shape agendas in consultation with senior leadership
- Prepare and deliver high-quality meeting materials
- Manage preparation timelines and milestones
- Attend Committee meetings
- Capture and communicate meeting outcomes and decisions
- Interact regularly with senior leadership and Board members
- Contribute to Board and AGM meeting preparations
- Participate in governance framework reviews and reforms
