- Hands-on relational databases exposure
- Hands-on workload automation tools exposure
- Experience with Automic AWA is a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Batch job support experience
- Scheduling tools experience (Automic AWA, Control-M, or equivalent)
- Professional banking/financial services experience
- Familiarity with financial products highly desirable
- Demonstrated task leadership ability
- Effective coordination across IT functions
- Strong process orientation
- Analytical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative approach across teams
- Self-motivated
- Proactive
- Adaptable to new technologies and processes
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to participate in on-call schedule
Aufgaben
- Ensure smooth operation of core banking applications
- Manage 2nd-level application support
- Process incident tickets within SLAs
- Coordinate with incident managers, application service owners, and IT teams
- Communicate with business stakeholders
- Act as local administrative manager
- Administer change requests
- Execute application-related processes
- Participate in periodic release activities
- Contribute to operational projects
- Perform routine data cleansing
- Maintain systems
- Drive process optimization
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Hand over tasks to L1 Control Center
- Update application operation documentation
- Maintain knowledge base
- Support batch job scheduling
- Monitor batch jobs
