- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Batch job support and scheduling tools experience (Automic AWA, Control-M, or equivalent)
- Professional experience in banking/financial services, familiarity with financial products desirable
- Demonstrated task leadership and coordination skills
- Strong process orientation and analytical problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable to new technologies
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule
Aufgaben
- Ensure smooth operation of core banking applications
- Process incident tickets within agreed SLAs
- Coordinate with incident managers, application service owners, and IT teams
- Communicate with business stakeholders
- Act as local administrative manager
- Administer change requests
- Execute application-related processes
- Participate in periodic release activities
- Contribute to operational projects
- Perform routine data cleansing
- Maintain systems
- Drive process optimization
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Hand over tasks to L1 Control Center
- Update application operation documentation
- Maintain knowledge base
- Support batch job scheduling
- Monitor batch jobs
