Aufgaben
- Ensure system reliability and monitoring
- Support applications and interfaces for custodial accounts
- Operate and monitor the system of applications
- Resolve system issues independently
- Run daily operations and handle stakeholder requests
- Follow incident resolution steps
- Create SQL reports for stakeholders
- Maintain and execute UA testing
- Communicate with users to solve issues
- Analyze problems and contact vendors
- Substitute for dedicated topics
- Drive topics proactively as a responsible SPOC
- Collaborate on upcoming projects and daily operations
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Comply with regulatory requirements within the IT process framework
