Aufgaben
- Ensure system reliability and monitoring
- Support applications and interfaces for custodial accounts
- Operate and monitor systems
- Resolve system issues
- Run daily operations
- Handle stakeholder tasks and requests
- Follow incident resolution steps
- Create SQL reports for stakeholders
- Maintain and execute UA testing
- Communicate with users to solve issues
- Analyze problems and contact vendors
- Act as a substitute for dedicated topics
- Drive topics proactively as a responsible SPOC
- Collaborate on projects and daily operations
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Comply with regulatory requirements
- Adhere to IT process framework
