- Basic familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make)
- Understanding of "Agentic workflows"
- Understanding of how the web works
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON
- Experience with scripting language (Python or JavaScript)
- Ability to handle data transformation and complex logic
- Annoyance by repetitive tasks
- Proactive scripting of solutions
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members clearly
- Willingness to apply even if not all boxes are ticked

- Deploy agentic workflows using low-code platforms
- Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
- Connect fragmented tech stack into streamlined processes
- Troubleshoot workflow issues
- Engineer resilient fixes for broken workflows
- Write custom logic code using Python or JavaScript
- Create clear documentation for workflows
- Identify slow company processes
- Propose automated solutions to speed up processes
