- Perform active candidate sourcing.
- Manage initial candidate outreach.
- Explore and build AI-supported tools.
- Improve internal knowledge sharing with AI tools.
- Answer recurring employee questions using AI.
- Maintain accuracy of Applicant Tracking System.
- Keep job boards up-to-date.
- Ensure systems are audit-ready.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding logistics.
- Organize "Day One" setups for new hires.
