- Plan and build the Euro-African after-sales technical training system.
- Develop Euro-African after-sales technical training content.
- Collect and analyze customer complaints and report findings.
- Implement solutions in collaboration with R&D and quality departments.
- Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Establish and enhance the Euro-African after-sales maintenance system.
