- Provide technical sales partnerships to retail customers

- Communicate the ServiceNow platform's extensibility and AI capabilities
- Develop and position technology-based solutions during sales cycles
- Drive AI opportunities to a technical win
- Conduct AI discovery sessions to uncover automation opportunities
- Identify high-impact use cases for retail operations
- Translate technical AI concepts for C-suite executives
- Lead technical workshops and build tailored use cases
- Partner with sales on account planning and strategy
- Develop compelling AI business cases
- Manage POV engagements, RFPs, and executive briefings
- Build demo scenarios showcasing industry-relevant AI applications
- Experiment with and troubleshoot ServiceNow AI capabilities
- Share technical learnings with the regional consultant community
- Represent the company as an AI subject-matter expert
- Conduct transition briefings to ensure successful deployment
