Anforderungen

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes
  • 6+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Experience working on complex deals with Commercial customers
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions
  • Pitch perfect communication, writing and presenting skills in English and German
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills with C-level
  • Experience communicating ServiceNow value proposition to decision makers
  • Experience working collaboratively across a complex sales ecosystem
  • Demonstrated territory management skills and pipeline building
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • High degree of passion, energy and drive
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Aufgaben

  • Support solution sales as a technical expert
  • Develop and contribute to sales campaigns for the customer lifecycle
  • Maintain a showcase of CRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer business challenges
  • Deliver product demonstrations to align solutions with customer needs
  • Address product feature and technical questions from customers and partners
  • Configure demonstration environments to meet customer requirements
  • Provide in-person and WebEx product demonstrations
  • Offer feedback to product management for enhancements
  • Share best practices with other Solution Consultants
  • Stay updated on competitive analyses and differentiators
  • Communicate with business and technical decision makers
  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents
  • Support marketing events like user conferences and webinars
  • Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at marketing events
