Aufgaben
- Support HR onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage European employee introduction plans
- Maintain and update the EU Intranet
- Process proforma invoices and cost approvals
- Manage time-tracking and absence records
- Process expenses for the Management Team
- Coordinate travel for visitors in Wallisellen
- Support and back up European office administrators
- Manage visa requests and invitation letters
- Oversee office supply procurement and stock
- Handle Zurich office Health and Safety matters
- Manage the annual administration department budget
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors
- Organize annual meetings and team events
- Drive internal process improvement projects
