Anforderungen
- Proven track record driving revenue expansion in SaaS, ideally Data Platform or AdTech/MarTech
- Native or bilingual proficiency in German (C2 level)
- English fluency required
- Strong sales instincts identifying, developing, closing upsell/cross-sell
- Skilled crafting persuasive business cases and commercial narratives
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, commercial drivers, stakeholder motivations
- Comfortable engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Experience navigating complex accounts and multi-threaded relationships
- Strong financial and strategic acumen linking data/product to top-line impact
- Proficiency in CRM and success tools (Gainsight)
- Proficiency in forecasting, account planning, stakeholder mapping
- Effective using AI tools and modern productivity tech
