- •Quota-carrying B2B sales experience
- •Ability to close SaaS deals
- •Consultative selling experience
- •Navigation of multi-stakeholder deals
- •Confidence engaging with decision-makers
- •Willingness to travel occasionally
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Sales experience in regulated industries
- •Familiarity with specific buyer personas
- •Experience with land-and-expand strategies
- •Experience collaborating with Sales Engineers
- •Existing network in MedTech ecosystem
- •Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
- •Curiosity and fast learning ability
- •Empathetic communication skills

- •Understanding of ICP and product
- •Execution of discovery and demos
- •Bachelor's degree

- •Convert marketing campaigns and events into opportunities
- •Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts

- •Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy
- •Manage core operational processes for company growth
- •Help scale and refine the sales motion
