Account Executive – Strategic Accounts / Expansion(m/w/x)
Expanding EAM software deployments across DACH for manufacturing, industrials, utilities, and infrastructure. Proven success driving complex upsell/cross-sell in enterprise accounts required. Extensive travel across DACH expected.
Anforderungen
- Experience managing/expanding enterprise or strategic accounts
- Proven success driving upsell/cross-sell
- Strong consultative, value-based selling capability
- Comfort operating in complex customer environments
- Ability to build credibility with leaders/stakeholders
- Strong account planning/relationship management skills
- Commercial judgement, patience, resilience
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, or asset-intensive environments (strong plus)
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Own and grow existing enterprise customer portfolios across DACH
- Expand accounts across additional sites, plants, business units, and use cases
- Lead complex upsell and cross-sell sales cycles end-to-end
- Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to standardize and scale Ultimo deployments enterprise-wide
- Translate operational challenges into long-term commercial value
- Work closely with Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams
- Act as a trusted commercial partner over multi-year relationships
- Manage customer relationships thoughtfully
- Plan accounts strategically
- Operate with a long-term perspective
