Designing and optimizing enterprise IT landscapes for clients' hybrid environments. Mastery of one technical discipline and three technology areas required. Car allowance, flexible working time.

Anforderungen

  • Technical academic degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 6+ years working with compute, storage, virtualization, IT transformation projects
  • Depth and breadth of technical knowledge for design and scope of deliverables
  • Mastery of at least one technical discipline
  • Strong knowledge in at least three major technology areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, VMware, and Linux operating systems
  • Practical experience with HPE virtualization and cloud management solutions (HPE GreenLake, HPE VME, Morpheus) (plus)
  • Experience or strong interest in automation and container technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptability to diverse technical challenges and environments
  • Ability to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence to stakeholders
  • Strong communication and consulting skills (questioning, listening, ideas development, presenting, convincing, documenting)
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical functions or deliverables
  • Ability to develop compelling proposals
  • Ability to lead small teams in delivery of a specific deliverable
  • Ability to run customer workshops or education sessions
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
