- Cross-cultural communication and networking skills; Team player mentality
- Fluent English skills (both spoken and written); German language skills beneficial
Aufgaben
- Conduct applied research in control and programming of industrial robot systems
- Initiate, participate in, and lead research projects
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills throughout the research and prototyping process
- Collaborate with teams in ABB Research and ABB’s international division
- Engage with academia, external associations, and open-innovation partners
- Protect innovations through property rights
- Publish research results in academic papers
- Present research topics at conferences and trade fairs
- Contribute to shaping the research strategy
