Anforderungen
- •Proven experience of 2+ years in strategy/process consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- •Strong understanding of customer motivations and business drivers
- •Passion for customer interaction and excellent communication skills
- •Experience in designing and delivering impactful workshops and training sessions
- •Technical affinity and structured thinking
- •Fluency in German and English

- •Build long-term relationships based on trust and value
- •Help new customers onboard quickly and effectively
- •Support customers in fully leveraging the platform's potential

- •Act as the voice of customers in product development
- •Collaborate closely with internal teams
- •Challenge the status quo to enhance Customer Success processes
