- Proven generalist HR or HR Business Partner experience
- Experience in international or matrix organisations (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines
- Confident stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Structured and organised working style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
- Based within commutable distance to Düsseldorf
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
Aufgaben
- Provide strategic HR support to Group Directors and senior leadership teams
- Lead full recruitment and hiring lifecycle
- Select suppliers and agencies for hiring
- Conduct interviews and manage salary benchmarking
- Negotiate offers and manage hiring costs
- Advise line managers on employee relations
- Manage absence, performance, and disciplinary issues
- Handle contract changes
- Implement People & Culture projects
- Align projects with company HR strategy
- Oversee talent management and development
- Plan succession across employee lifecycle
- Support reward, compensation, and benefits decisions
- Ensure decisions align with market benchmarks
- Follow internal governance frameworks
- Build leadership capability through coaching
- Provide feedback to senior stakeholders
- Champion employee engagement initiatives
- Promote employee retention
