•University degree in engineering, paper science, and technology
•3 to 5 years of experience in paper industry
•Knowledge of paper production process and wet end chemistry
•Experience in application testing of process additives
•Management skills
•Verbal and written skills in English
•Flexibility and willingness to work internationally and cross-culturally

Deine Aufgaben

•Manage and coordinate short-term projects in the Paper Applications Laboratory
•Plan, conduct, and evaluate application studies in the Pulp & Paper area
•Deliver technical support and consulting for sales, R&D, marketing, and product management
•Develop and validate application test methods and devices
•Support R&D and Fast Track teams in product development and optimization
•Present lab study results to internal and external customers
•Provide expertise to other divisions and locations as needed
