Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Over 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Expertise in power electronic converters or variable frequency drives
• Proven track record in managing products globally in power electronics
• Self-motivation and proactive approach
• Ability to lead by influence and collaborate
• Skills in managing complex customer relationships
• Fluency in English (min C1), German knowledge beneficial
