Anforderungen
- •Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering or related area
- •At least 15 years of professional experience in relevant fields of aircraft development
- •Proven experience as Systems Chief Engineer of at least 10 years
- •Wide proficiency of latest certification requirements and aircraft system design approaches
- •Confirmed experience in leading and executing systems development within an aircraft program
- •Excellent knowledge of air legislation, quality management, and safety aspects for new aircraft development
- •Strong ability to interact and influence
- •Proven ability to prioritize, manage and execute multiple simultaneous tasks
- •Very good presenting, communication and presentation skills
- •Confirmed leadership skills of multi-cultural teams
- •Pro-active and solution-oriented working style

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the product delivery team to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality execution
- •Integrate Avionics, Electrics, and EWIS systems at the aircraft level according to requirements
- •Monitor design progress and develop recovery plans and improvement proposals as needed
- •Deliver a System Level Product Description (SDD) outlining system functions, logical architecture, and physical definition
- •Provide regular weight reports to the weights group
- •Offer regular system performance status updates
- •Participate in Technical Change Board meetings affecting system levels
- •Engage in airworthiness and regulatory board meetings
- •Manage technical risks and opportunities
- •Define and execute technical risk mitigation plans
