Requirements
- •Completed technical degree or comparable technical training
- •5 years of experience in Cisco UC environment
- •Good knowledge in CISCO UC / manufacturer certification (CCNP Collaboration, CCNP R&S)
- •Experience with 3rd party applications from Enghouse (Andtek), OpenText (RightFax)
- •Additional knowledge in Cisco Jabber / Webex / SPARK / Video is advantageous
- •Very good conceptual and analytical skills, as well as communication skills
- •High teamwork ability, resilience, initiative, and strong service orientation
- •Willingness for continuous further education
- •Good German and English skills in spoken and written

- •Provide second-level support for troubleshooting complex system configurations
- •Diagnose and fix problems with third-party applications
- •Develop solution proposals and workarounds for customer or on-site technician implementation
- •Manage and oversee technical escalations to the manufacturer
- •Support customers within existing service contracts
- •Implement standard and non-standard changes, followed by success verification
- •Participate in shift duties and on-call readiness
