Anforderungen
- •Legal education with successfully completed first state examination
- •Initial relevant professional experience from a commercial law firm or in-house position
- •Very good knowledge of general contract law and solid foundations in corporate law
- •Experience in working with external law firms
- •Strong commercial mindset, independent way of working, and motivation to take on responsibility
- •Very good German and English skills at least C1 level

- •Serve as the internal point of contact for commercial law matters
- •Advise specialist departments and management with practical solutions
- •Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including project and service agreements
- •Ensure legally sound and economically viable contract outcomes
- •Take responsibility for the contract portfolio and develop contract templates
- •Coordinate and manage external law firms, monitoring quality and costs
- •Translate legal assessments into clear, actionable recommendations
- •Support corporate law matters, including shareholders' resolutions and structuring measures
- •Contribute to building efficient and pragmatic legal processes
- •Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Project Management, and other teams
