- •Qualified lawyer in EU, UK, or US
- •2–3 years of professional experience in leading law firm or in-house legal department
- •Solid understanding of commercial and corporate law; knowledge of IT law is an advantage
- •Strong interest in IT-technology
- •Experience or openness to working with Legal Tech solutions
- •Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- •Structured, reliable, and pragmatic working style
- •Fluent English skills (written and spoken); German is an advantage
- •Ability to work remotely across time zones and collaborate in an international environment

Tasks
- •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- •Support corporate housekeeping of subsidiaries
- •Provide day-to-day legal support across business units
- •Assist in implementing legal processes, templates, and tools
- •Monitor legal and regulatory developments in IT/Tech law
- •Support the use of Legal Tech solutions within the department
